Which clean your unit actually needs
Some people search aircon chemical wash, some write ac chemical cleaning, chemical cleaning aircon, or just wash aircon. Same job, same price list. A wash fixes a dirty coil, and we'll tell you when it won't.

Chemical wash is RM150 a wall unit, so the maths is simple and you get the total in writing before we come out. Cassettes are RM230 each on the same basis.

What's the difference between a normal service and a chemical wash?
A normal service is a surface clean. Filter out, quick wipe, cover back on, about twenty minutes.
A chemical wash opens the unit, treats the evaporator coil with chemical solution and flushes it, and pulls the blower wheel out to clean it. That's where the black grime and the smell live, and it's the part that decides whether your air comes out cold.
Is RM150 the final price? Anything added on the day?
That's the price for a wall mounted unit and the 20 Psi gas top-up is already in it. You get the full number on WhatsApp before we come out and that's what you pay.
The only time it changes is if you ask us to do a different job while we're there, and we'd quote that separately first.
Do you clean the outdoor unit too?
Yes, the outdoor condenser is washed as part of the job. A choked condenser dumps heat badly, so cleaning only the indoor coil would give you half the cooling back.
Should I get an aircon chemical overhaul instead?
If the unit is over five years old or has never been taken off the wall, an aircon chemical overhaul reaches parts a chemical wash can't, because the casing stays mounted during a wash. RM220 for a wall unit, RM450 for a cassette.
For a newer unit that's been cleaned before, a chemical wash is normally the right call.
