Fitting out a whole place
Three bedrooms, a new shop lot, a floor of an office. You get one total for the job before anything is booked, not a per-unit price you have to add up and hope about.
RM7503 wall units installed
RM1,2505 wall units installed
RM2,0005 cassette units installed
Offices, plazas, hotels and shop lots. Two teams, so a multi-unit fit-out is usually one visit. If old units are coming out too, the removal is added to the same total before we start.

Questions people ask before booking
What's actually included in the RM250?
Fitting the indoor and outdoor unit, 6 foot of copper pipe, the wiring and the insulation, then testing the unit before we leave.
Those are the three items that usually get billed as extras elsewhere, which is how a RM230 quote turns into RM390 on the day.
Is taking the old unit out extra?
Yes, and we tell you the figure upfront rather than after. RM130 for a wall unit, RM250 for a cassette. It's done on the same visit and it goes into one combined total you agree to on WhatsApp first.
What does the 30-day warranty cover?
Our 30-day warranty covers the workmanship, the installation itself. If something we fitted isn't right, we come back and fix it at no charge.
The aircon unit itself is covered by the manufacturer's warranty, which comes from the brand rather than from us. They're two separate things and it's worth keeping both documents.
Can I get one total for several units?
Yes, and that's how we prefer to quote. Three wall units is RM750, five is RM1,250, five cassettes is RM2,000. Removal of old units is added into the same figure if you need it.
Does the price change if the job turns out to be harder?
The number we send on WhatsApp is what you pay. If something about the site means the job isn't the standard one, we tell you before we start, not once we're halfway through.
What HP does the RM250 cover?
1.0 to 1.5 HP for both the wall mounted and the cassette prices. Send us the model and we'll confirm before you book.
Which areas do you cover?
Johor Bahru, Pasir Gudang, Masai, Skudai, Tebrau, Permas Jaya, Mount Austin, Bukit Indah and Iskandar Puteri.
